摘要
目的分析病案复印流程的运行规律及工作效率,为病案复印的资源优化配置和流程再造提供依据。方法描述性分析病案服务窗口的效率。用排队论和数据统计方法定量研究复印窗口的服务特点、效率。结果出院当天就复印的占14.53%,以后逐渐减少。病案复印窗口病人到达流服从λ=0.05人/分钟的Possion分布,平均服务时间服从1/u=15分钟的负指数分布。每小时到达人数与对应的服务时间成线性正相关。讨论提高复印流程效率、减少患者等待时间是病案管理的一项重要工作。
Objective to analyze working rules and efficiency of medical records duplication process, in order to provide evidence for resource optimization allocation and procedure for medical records duplication. Methods descriptive analyzation about efficiency of medical records service window. Using queuing theory and data statistic method to research quantitatively service peculiarity and efficiency of duplication Results patients who had their medical records duplicated at the day they are discharged from hospital are take up 14.53%. The number of duplication reduces after that. The arrival flow of patient who came to duplicate their medical records obeys Possion distribution λ=0.05 per/min. The average service time obeys negative exponent distribution 1/u=15 minute. The arrival number and corresponding service time form linear positive correlation. Conclusion it is a quite important work of medical records management for improving duplication efficiency and reducing patient waiting time.
