摘要
介绍了应急物流及其特征,由此提出了建设农产品应急物流的必要性和重要性,并给出了相应的有效措施,从6个方面促进农产品应急物流建设。如,增加对应急物流的认识,促进公共基础设施建设,建立应急物流的组织和基地,提高技术水平和信息化建设,建立预警系统和应急计划的机制,整合资源等。
The emergency logistics and its characteristics were introduced.Then,the necessity and importance of constructing emergency logistics for agricultural products were analyzed,then,the corresponding effective measures were put forward from six aspects,which are as follows： strengthening the understand of emergency logistics,promoting the construction of public infrastructure,establishing organization and base for emergency logistics,enhancing technology level and information construction,constructing early warning system and mechanism of emergency plan,and integrating resources.
