摘要
＂十年课改＂是21世纪第一个十年里我国基础教育领域备受关注的重大事件。反思我国＂十年课改＂,可以政府行为、专家行为、教师行为、学生发展、学校生活、高考改革、社会反响为视点,系统探讨＂十年课改＂的时代背景、理论基础、实践路径、具体成效、文化建设、评价制度、舆论导向等问题。这七个问题及其解答思路前后关联、相辅相成,直指＂十年课改＂的合法性、合理性与可行性,直接构成＂十年课改＂的本体结构和认知框架,对于宏观把握新世纪基础教育课程改革的历史、现状和基本走向,具有重要的参照作用。
The Ten-year Curriculum Reform is the most important event during the 21st century. Focusing on the government,experts,teachers,students,schools,college entrance examination and the society repercussion,this article discusses the background,theories,routes,actual effectiveness, cultural reconstruction,evaluative system and opinion direction of the reform.These seven problems are closely related and reveal the basic structure,cognitive framework and revising strategy of the reform,which will give great reference for mastering the history,current situation and basic trend of the basic education reform in the new century.
