摘要
解剖学教师由于工作性质的特殊,常常要面对比其他高校教师更多的工作压力和心理负担,更易产生职业倦怠。在此就解剖学教师的职业倦怠成因作了初步分析,并提出了相应的对策,以期为相关工作提供参考。
Due to the specificity of anatomy work,anatomical teachers had to be faced with more job stress and psychological burden and easier to produce job burnout than other college teachers did.In this paper,a preliminary analysis was made on the causes of job burnout of anatomy teachers and put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the related work.
