摘要
临床实习是医学生将理论知识、基本技能转变为临床实际工作能力的一个重要阶段,是学生巩固基本理论知识、掌握各项临床基本技能、提高临床综合能力、培养临床思维的关键性环节,是医学教学的重要组成部分。高职医学生在临床实习过程中或多或少会存在各种问题,如何针对实习过程中出现的问题进行正确的引导和有效的解决,是保证医学生向临床医务工作者顺利过渡的关键。
Clinical practice is an important process of converting theoretical knowledge and basic skills into practical working ability. It＇s a key link for students to consolidate the basic theoretical knowledge, grasp the basic clinical skills and cultivate the clinical thinking as well. Problems are unavoidable for the HVTC students during their clinical practice. The guidance and solving the problems will guarantee the transition process from a student to a medical worker smoothly.
