摘要
目的了解本科护生在临床实习阶段的压力因素,以便针对性采取相应对策,促使角色尽快转变。方法采用问卷调查方法对127位护生作压力源调查。结果压力因素依次为专业心理矛盾、实习阶段的学习压力、人际关系敏感、实际操作能力弱等。结论本科护生实习期间压力大,心理健康状况不容乐观,应加强心理健康教育。
Objective To understand the factors affecting nursing undergraduates＇ stress during the clinical practice in order to carry out the corresponding countermeasures to help them cope with role changing. Method 127 nursing undergraduates during the clinical practice were investigated with the stress factors. Result The factors which affected the stress were psychological contradiction by profcssion,pressure in learning during clinical practice,the sensitive interpersonal relationship,the weak hands-on ability and so on. Conclusion The students have lots pressure during the clinical practice and their psychology is not very good. Health education should be intensified.
