摘要
临床实习是培养合格医生的一个关键环节,是培养一名合格医学生的必经过程,是临床教学重要组成部分。学生在带教教师指导下,初步接触病人,认识各种常见病和多发病,通过理论联系实际,熟练基本临床技能,熟悉医院各种规章制度,培养良好医德医风,为今后工作打下基础。妇产科是每个实习生必经的重点科室;该科具有人群特殊性,就多年的带教经验得以总结,提高学生的实习质量,为培养基层临床医生打好基础。
Clinical practice plays a critical role in the procedure of training a qualified doctor,and it is also a essential section in the clinical teaching.The students contact with the patients preliminary,and cognitive kinds of common ailments under the supervise of the teachers.In addition,with the purpose of laying the foundation of upcoming clinical working and nurtureing good medical ethic,students are supposed to be proficient in basic skills of clinical manipulation and be familiar with rules and regulations in the hospital.obstetrics and gynecology department which is so substantial that ieach medical interns must go through is characterized with particularity which is summarized by author＇s experience of teaching.In short,purpose of this thesis is that promoting the quality of internship of the medical students and laying a substantial foundation for training the clinic doctors in ground floor.
