摘要
为了了解上海地区奶牛肝片吸虫病的感染情况，用斑点免疫金渗滤法检测了上海地区奶牛血清５７８份，结果阳性４５份，阳性率７．８％，与粪便检查结果相近。该方法操作简便，反应速度快，可作为检查和监测奶牛场奶牛肝片吸虫病的一种有效和实用的方法。
