摘要
用水溶性壳聚糖拌种(用量为0.5g或1.25g/kg种子)对油菜种子发芽和出苗均无明显影响,但可促进油菜苗生长,提高壮苗率,增加产量,增产幅度在9.13%~13.59%。壳聚糖拌种(0.5g/kg种子)或在油菜花期喷雾(浓度为0.2%W/V)均可抑制油菜菌核病的发生,抑制率在34.19%~44.40%。室内测定,浓度为0.2~0.5mg/mL的壳聚糖对油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotiniasclerotiorum)菌丝生长无明显抑制作用,表明壳聚糖可诱导油菜对菌核病的抗性。
Seed treatment with soluble chitosan had no evident effect on the emergence of rape seed,but promoted rape plant growth and increased seed yield by 9. 13 % ~ 13. 59 %.Whether chitosan was applied by seed treatment or leaf spraying at flowering stage,it was found to decrease rape sclerotiniose caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. In vitro experimental results showed that chitosan at concentration of O. 2~O. 5 mg/mL didn' t inhibit Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. That chitosan decreased rape sclerotiniose was due to its effects of enhancing growth and inducing resistance 0f rape to S. sclerotiorum.
