春小麦NPK营养效率的基因型差异研究Ⅲ.差异筛选结果的验证及差异机理探讨 被引量:6

摘要 采用盆栽试验与田间试验相结合的方法,验证了NPK养分效率评价指标及运用此指标进行基因型筛选的可靠性与科学性,探讨了NPK养分效率不同基因型差异的营养机理。结果表明:采用盆栽试验的相对产量与施肥增产率等指标,进行NPK养分效率基因型筛选是完全可行的。耐低NPK养分的高效基因型相对产量较高,体内NPK相对含量及相对累积量也较高,但施肥增产率和肥料利用率较低;而施肥高效基因型正相反;中效基因型介于二者之间。 Pot and field experiments were conducted to test the reliability and scientificantlyment of the evalution indices for NPK nutrient efficieney and applying these indices to screen wheat genotypes, also, to study the nutritional mechanisms of genotypic differences in NPK nutrient efficiency of spring wheat. The results showed that these indices including relative grain yield and grain yield increasing percentage etc. by using pot experiments can be utilized to screen wheat genotypes in NPK nutrient efficiency. The high NPK-efficiency genotypes with tolerance to low NPK supply level have higher relative grain yield, NPK contents and NPK relative accumulation in wheat plant, but lower grain yield increasing percentages of fertilizer application and fertilizer use efficiency. The low NPK-efficiency genotypes with tolerance to low NPK-supply level (ie. the high NPK-efficiency nutrient uptake and accumulationfertilizer use efficiency genotypes with tolerance to low NPK-supply level (ie.the high NPK-efficiency genotypes with fertilization) are conversely. The medium efficiency genotypes are between them.
