春小麦NPK营养效率基因型差异的生理机理研究Ⅱ.光合能力的基因型差异 被引量:8

摘要 采用田间试验方法 ,在不施肥与施肥条件下 ,比较了耐低NPK养分的高、中、低效基因型小麦的光合能力差异。结果表明 ,耐低NPK养分的高效基因型在不施肥条件下的叶面积指数、光合势和作物生长率较高 ,相对叶面积指数、相对光合势、相对净同化率和相对作物生长率亦较高 ;低效基因型正相反。相关分析表明 ,小麦相对产量与相对叶面积指数、相对光合势、相对净同化率和相对作物生长率呈显著正相关。因此 ,耐低NPK养分的高效基因型在不施肥或少施肥条件下光合能力较强 ,可获得较高的产量 ;低效基因型在足肥条件下具有较高的光合性能 ,能获得较高的产量 ; Field experiments were conducted to study on the genotypic differences and their relationship of leaf area index (LAI), leaf area duration (LAD) net assimilation rate (NAR) and crop growth rate (CGR) in tolerance to low NPK nutrients among high, medium and low efficiency wheat without fertilization and with fertilization. The result showed that high efficiency genotypes in tolerance to low NPK nutrients have higher LAI, LAD and NAR without fertilization, and have higher RLAI, PNAR, RLAD, RCGR, low efficiency genotypes were conversely. The result of correlation analysis showed that there were significantly positive relationships among RGY, GY CK , RLAD , RNAR and RCGR. As a result, high genotypes in tolarance to low NPK nutrients without fertilization have higher leaf area duration and could get higher yield, low efficiency genotypes have higher LAI, LAD, CGR and could get higher yield only with enough fertilization. Medium efficiency genotypes lay between high and low efficiency genotypes.
