摘要
在分析拉普拉斯金字塔图像融合算法基础上,对该算法的硬件实现进行了深入研究,提出了一种基于FPGA的实时图像融合的实现方法,详细给出了滤波、插值、延时、融合等算法模块的设计方法。最后在单片Altra EP2S60F1020 FPGA上实现了3层拉普拉斯金字塔融合算法处理,实验结果显示,该融合实现方法的处理延迟小,资源占用少,融合效果优良。
Based on the analysis of Laplace pyramid image fusion algorithm, this paper expatiates on an in-depth study of the hardware implementation of the algorithm. It proposes the design of a FPGA-based implementation method of real-time image fusion,and describes in detail the design of the algorithm modules for filtering, interpolation, delay and fusion. At last, the paper demon- strates the implementation of Laplace pyramid image fusion algorithm with a single Altra EP2S60F1020 FPGA chip. The result of the experiment proves that the proposed design has the advantages of short delay in processing,few device resources occupied and a good fusion outcome.
