化学剂对阳离子型清洁压裂液破胶作用的影响 被引量:15

摘要 研究了柴油、水、无机盐、饱和烷烃和醇等化学物质对清洁压裂液破胶液黏度的影响。结果表明:在30℃下,当柴油加量为10%时,清洁压裂液可在2.5h内破胶,当柴油加量小于10%时,柴油加量增加对压裂液的黏度影响不大,并且随着实验温度升高,压裂液破胶所需柴油加量越小;在清洁压裂液中水加量大于60%时,水对压裂液才具有显著的稀释作用;无机盐对压裂液的黏度有降低作用;饱和烷烃和醇对压裂液的黏度有明显地降低作用,当30%醇和70%烷烃复配后,加入0.1%复合物的压裂液破胶时间较加入单剂的破胶时间缩短近3h,可实现清洁压裂液在无原油存在下的破胶。 The effect of chemical agents,such as diesel water inorganic salt alkane and alcohol,on the breaking of surfactant-based fracturing fluid was studied.The results show that the fracturing fluid breaks in 2.5h with diesel of 10% in 30 ℃,and the requested amount of diesel declines with higher temperature.The dilution effect of the water comes to be remarkable as the amount over 60%.Inorganic salt alkane and alcohol reduce the viscosity of the fracturing fluid effectively.The content of a mixture of alcohol-alkane(30%-70%) of 0.1% can save 3h of the fracturing fluid breaking time,without any crude oil.
