清洁压裂液的破胶影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 在无外相物质或外相物质少的环境下,采用内外相结合的破胶方法可以实现清洁压裂液快速彻底破胶。按照1.4%VES(黏弹性增稠剂)+0.28%激活剂+其他压裂液制备了清洁压裂液,并对该清洁压裂液的破胶影响因素进行了研究。室内破胶试验表明,油类物质、正辛醇、聚丙二醇2000和CT-1破胶剂对清洁压裂液有较好的破胶作用;在50℃下,当压裂液中加入一定质量分数CT-1时,随着原油质量分数的增加,压裂液的破胶时间缩短;加3%原油和0.5%CT-1压裂液与加3%原油压裂液比较,可将压裂液的破胶时间缩短近50%。 This paper studies the clean fracturing fluid in the absence of foreign matter or foreign material environment,by adopting the combination of inside and outside the gel breaking method the rapid and thorough clean fracturing fluid gel breaking is realized.According to the ratio of 1.4% VES+0.28%activator for other compositions,a cleaning fracturing fluid is prepared.Indoor gel breaking and rheological experiments suggest that the oil substances,octyl alcohol,propylene glycol 2000and CT-1have good gel breaking effect.Under 50℃,when fracturing fluid is added with a certain quality of CT-1,the fracturing fluid gel breaking time is shorten with the increase of mass fraction of crude oil,3% oil and 0.5% CT-1are compared with 3% crude oil fracturing fluid,fracturing fluid gel breaking time can be shortened by almost 50%.
