摘要
简要介绍了降凝剂的作用机理和种类。对目前常用的3种降凝剂对基础油的降凝效果进行了对比,考察了这3种降凝剂在车辆齿轮油中的应用效果。结果表明,聚烯烃类降凝剂A在车辆齿轮油中的降凝效果优于聚酯类降凝剂B和降凝剂C,且降凝剂A对油品的表观黏度影响较后两者小。
The mechanism and types of pour point reducer were introduced briefly. The pour point depres- sion efficiencies of the three pour point reducers which are used currently for base oil were compared. The ap- plications of the three pour point reducers in vehicle gear oil were investigated. The results showed that the pour point depression efficiency of pour point reducer A （type of polyolefin） for vehicle gear oil was better than that of pour point reducers B and C （ type of polyester） and the effect of pour point reducer A on the ap- parent viscosity of vehicle gear oil was smaller than pour point reducers B and C.
