摘要
应用处死的青春双歧杆菌DM8504菌株皮下免疫荷瘤小鼠,按Gries反应原理测定一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果表明,双歧杆菌能提高荷瘤小鼠体内NO的含量,较对照组显著升高,肿瘤组织的坏死程度在处理组与对照组之间也具有显著性差异。提示:在双歧杆菌抗肿瘤作用中,除TNF—α外,NO也发挥重要作用。
In this study,heat-killed cells of Bifidobacterium adolescentis DM8504 strain was injected subcutaneously in HCa-F 25 /16A 3-F tamor-bearing BALB/C mice The level of production of nitric odide (NO) was determined by Griess reaction The result indicated that NO production and extent of tumor necrosis were augmented in tumor-bearing mice treated with B adolescentis Dm8504 strain compared with control group It was suggested that NO could play an important role except TNF-2 in antitumor activity of B adolescentis Dm8504 strain
