摘要
本文以青春双歧杆菌DM9227粘附大肠癌细胞cl-187为实验模型,探讨粘附的相关因素。结果表明:粘附需要一定的菌浓度(>106CFU/ml),一定的温度(37℃)及一定的时间(>10h),且偏酸更有利于粘附。破坏菌体表面的糖结构使粘附上升,而破坏蛋白结构则使粘附下降。
The quantitative assay was performed to investigate factors involved in the adherence of Bifidobacteria to cultured CCL 187 cells. The results Showed:Adherencl was concentration and temperature dependent,greater at acid pH values and saturated after co incubation for one hour.Moreover,it was decreased by treatment of rypsin on the bacterial surface proteins but enhanced by treatment of periodate on the carbohydrates,Which indicate that protein and carbohydrate on the bacterial surface were important for the adherence of this strain to CCL 187 cells.Rather,a pH factor in spent culture supernatant contributed significantly to the adherence of this strain.
