摘要
目的探讨保留上极的甲状腺次全切除术的手术方法及预防术后并发症的有效方法。方法对50例甲状腺疾病患者采用保留上极甲状腺次全切除术进行治疗观察。结果 50例患者均治愈出院,无窒息、死亡病例,45例得到随访,随访率达90%,随访患者切口全部Ⅰ期愈合,无原病症复发者,术后2例患者出现声音嘶哑,3个月后自行恢复。结论甲状腺次全切除术是一种很好的治疗甲状腺功能亢进疾病的手术方法,值得在基层推广。
Objective To retain the upper pole of subtotal thyroidectomy the surgical approach and effective way to prevent postoperative complications. Methods 50 cases of thyroid disease were treated with reservations on the very subtotal thyroidectomy for the treatment observation. Results 50 patients were cured without choking, death cases, 45 patients were followed up for 90%, all of a follow-up of abdominal wound healing, without the original disease recurrence, after 2 patients had a hoarse voice, 3 months after the self-recovery. Conclusions Thyroid subtotal hysterectomy is a good treatment of hyperthyroidism disease, surgical methods. It is worth promoting in the grass-roots level.
