摘要
目的探讨并分析甲状腺结节综合药物治疗的临床效果。方法选取笔者所在医院2009年8月～2010年8月收治的甲状腺结节患者90例,将其作为研究对象。随机分成A、B两组,A组患者45例,治疗过程中服用西药甲状腺素片,B组患者45例,治疗过程中在服用西药甲状腺素片的基础上,加服中成药夏枯草膏。分析两种不同用药方式的疗效。结果 A组中结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤患者中出现不良反应的人数分别较B组的高,A组患者复发的人数较B组多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合用药治疗甲状腺结节的毒副作用小,复发率低,值得在临床范围内推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of the drug treatment for thyroid nodules. Methods 90 patients in our hospital thyroid nodules from August 2009 to August 2010 were selected as the object of study and randomly divided into group A and B. 45 cases of the group A＇s patients take western medicine thyroxine tablets.45 cases of group B＇s patients take medicine thyroxine tablets on the basis of proprietary Chinese medicines, plus clothing Prunella cream. The efficacy of two different mode of administration was analyzed. Results The adverse reactions of group A were higher than B group. The relapse number of group A＇s patients were more than that in group B （P 〈 0.05）.The differences were statistical significance. Conclusion The side effects and recurrence rate recurrence rate of comprehensive drug treatment for thyroid nodules are small and low, worthy of promotion in the clinical range.
