摘要
本文研究了Cr3+对盐藻生长和细胞形态的影响,并对其在盐藻中的富集和在盐藻主要大分子化合物中的分布进行了探索和分析。结果表明,低浓度的Cr3+促进盐藻的生长,而高浓度的Cr3+对其生长产生抑制作用,并对盐藻细胞形态产生不良影响。CrCl3·6H2O浓度为2mg/L时,Cr3+对盐藻生长和Cr3+富集均产生促进作用,其富集量达到779.64μg/g,富集率达到85.27%。实验结果还表明,铬跟盐藻中主要大分子化合物都有结合作用,而且主要与多糖结合。
In this research,the effects of Cr^3+ on the growth and morphology of Dunaliella salina was studied and the accumulation and distribution of Cr^3+ in the macromolecular compounds within D.salina were also investigated.The results showed that low concentration of Cr ^3+ could promote the growth of D.salina.In contrast,the high concentration of Cr^3+ not only inhibited the D.salina growth,but also had detrimental impacts on cell morphology.When the concentration of Cr^3+ was 2 mg/L,both the D.salina growth and accumulation of Cr ^3+ were promoted,where the accumulation quantity and accumulation rate of Cr^3+ reached 779.64 μg/g and 85.27%,respectively.It was also demonstrated that Cr^3+ mainly combined with macromolecular compounds within D.salina,in particular polysaccharides.
