摘要
以南京市为个案,确定了构建南京市可持续发展评价指标体系的基本原则,并采用层次分析法、隶属度函数和线性加权法,计算各类指标权重以及综合指数,据此评价南京市正在向可持续方向发展,2010年将接近20世纪末国际一流大都市水平。
Taking Nanjing City as a study object, this paper established basic principles of evaluation index system of sustainable development, set up the system under the guidance of them, and calculated the weight of each index and comprehensive index with AUP method, subordinate degree function and linear weighted method. Based on this evaluation to analyze the sustainable development state of Nanjing City in year 2010 to approach the first class metropolis level of the end of the 20th century.
