冠脉搭桥术后低氧血症的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 冠脉搭桥术(Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting,CABG)作为治疗冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的重要方法之一,随着高龄、左主干病变伴糖尿病、冠心病心肌梗死后并发症等患者的增多也有越来越多的患者人选择CABG,因此故术后低氧血症(hypoxemia)的预防和治疗也越来越受重视。通过对35例CABG手术后的观察和分析,对术后低氧血症的发生、处理的经验分析如下。
