摘要
综述了TiAlN硬质涂层的结构、性能,以及以TiAlN为基的多元涂层和纳米技术涂层的国内外最新研究现状。对TiAlN涂层进行多元化、多层化以及纳米技术的应用是提高该涂层综合性能的方法,也是该涂层今后的发展方向。
The general developments of microstructure,properties,multi-element and nano-technology effects in TiAlN based coating were summarized in China and abroad.It is an important way to increase the overall properties of TiAlN coating by adding otheralloying elements,which is also the development direction in the future.
