摘要
本文通过对使用合金材料作为阴级靶源制备的多弧离子镀反应涂层和合金深层的成分离析现象的分析和讨论，初步揭示了离析现象的影响因素和成分变化的基本规律，建立了根据靶材成分来确定涂层成分的数学模型，为合金涂层成分设计提供了一种简捷有效的计算方法。
Abstract In this paper,the composition demixing phenomena of reactive coatings and alloy coatings using alloy cathode materials,deposited by Multi-Arc Ion Plating, are analyzed and discussed.A formula is given to identify composition of the coating according to the composition of cathode meterials,it will be a simple and effective calculation method for composition design of alloy coatings.
