摘要 目的探讨模拟失重对健康人肺功能的影响。方法选择12名健康男性青年作为研究对象,采用头低位-6°卧床96h模拟失重。对受试者在试验开始前即刻(坐位、平卧位),-6°卧位24、48、72、96h和试验结束即刻的脉搏(P),动脉血氧饱和度(SO2),肺容积指标[肺活量(VC)、补呼气量(ERV)、分钟通气量(MV)],肺通气功能[用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)、25%肺活量最大呼气流速(V25)、50%肺活量最大呼气流速(V50)、用力吸气肺活量(FIVC)、用力吸气一秒量(FIV1)和最大通气量(MVV)]进行对比分析。结果从坐位变成平卧位、-6°卧位直至结束时,P与SO2均无明显变化。从坐位变成平卧位后,除MV以外的各项肺容积指标和肺通气功能指标均有明显降低,而从平卧位变为-6°卧位后,除FVC以外的各项肺容积和肺通气功能指标均有进一步降低。结论模拟失重后健康人体的肺容积和通气功能会有所降低。 Objective To explore the effects of simulated weightlessness on lung function in healthy males. Methods Twelve healthy males underwent -6 degree head-down-tilt bed rest test to simulate weightlessness for 96 hours. Pulse rate (P), arterial oxygen saturation (SO2), lung volume measurements [vital capacity (VC), expiratory reserve volume (ERV) and minute ventilation (MV)] and pulmonary ventilation ts [forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), maximum mid expiratory flow (MMEF), 25% vital capacity peak expiratory flow (V25), 50% vital capacity peak expiratory flow (V50), forced inspiratory vital capacity (FIVC), forced inspiratory volume in one second (F IV1 ) and maximal voluntary ventilation (MVV)] of the subjects were measured at following time points: immediately at the beginning (assuming sitting and supine position) and end of the test, and 24, 48, 72, 96 hours after head-down-tilt. All the measurements obtained in each patient during the test were compared with those obtained before test. Results Pulse and pulse oxygen saturation exhibited no significant change from beginning to the end of the experiment. All the spirometric measurements, including those indexes reflecting lung volume and pulmonary ventilation, except minute ventilation, decreased accompanying with position changes of the subjects under test from sitting to supine position, and further decrease was found in all the spirometric measurements, execpt forced vital capacity, when subjects were turned from supine position to -6 degree head-down tilt. Condusion A decline in lung function to certain extent may be found in healthy males under simulated weightlessness.
