摘要
制备牛磺酸修饰玻碳电极,并考察尿酸(UA)在修饰电极上的电化学行为。在优化的实验条件下,UA在该修饰电极上有良好的电化学响应,其浓度在2.0×10-6~6.0×10-4mol/L的范围内与氧化峰电流成良好的线性关系。该电极制备简单,稳定性好,检测方便,用于尿样中UA的检测,效果良好。
Glassy carbon electrode modified with taurine was fabricated.The modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic activity towards oxidation of uric acid (UA),and good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 2.0×10-6 to 6.0×10-4 mol/L under the optimum operations.Moreover,the proposed sensor showed good sensitivity and stability,and has been applied to the determination of uric acid in practical urine samples with good results.
