尿酸检测方法的发展及标准化 被引量:6

摘要 尿酸是机体嘌呤代谢的终末产物。食物中核苷酸分解吸收而来的外源性尿酸约占20%,人体内核苷酸分解代谢产生的内源性尿酸约占80%。血浆中尿酸只能通过肾脏排出体外,如尿酸排泄障碍可引起血尿升高。肾脏对尿酸的排泄分4个阶段:(1)肾小球自由滤过;(2)近端肾小管主动重吸收(占滤过量的98%~99%);(3)肾小管的分泌(达滤过量的50%);(4)髓绊降支被动重吸收(占滤过量的40%~44%)。
