摘要
根据闸板防喷器在现场应用过程中出现的典型失效案例,结合有关文献资料,利用下行法建立了闸板防喷器的故障树。分析出闸板防喷器失效的主要形式及原因,通过定性与定量分析,找出了闸板防喷器失效的结构重要度,提出密封件质量为闸板防喷器失效过程中的薄弱环节。在故障树分析理论的基础上,对失效过程中的主要因素进行了探讨,为闸板防喷器的现场使用提供了管理和维修的参考依据。
The fault tree of RAM BOP was established based on the field typical fault and the relevant literature.The main failure patterns and causes of RAM BOP were analyzed.By the qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree,the structure importance degree of BOP failure were found,the vulnerable area of RAM BOP was the quality of rubber.The main failure factors were discussed based on the fault tree analysis theory,which supply the reference basis for the maintenance and filed application of RAM BOP.
