声发射检测防喷器泄漏的研究 被引量:2

摘要 防喷器的密封检测是防喷器日常检修的必要手段,目的是为了保证防喷器正常发挥其重要的作用,确保钻井作业安全。防喷器密封检测中最常遇到的是泄漏问题,常常由于泄漏部位的隐蔽性和防喷器的高压危险性,使得泄漏位置不能快速准确被发现。利用声发射高灵敏度的特性,结合防喷器的声波传播特性,在大量试验的基础上总结出防喷器泄漏的声发射检测布点方式、分析方法和判断依据,为其他石油设备泄漏检测提供参考。 Sealing test of BOP is very important to ensure drilling safety.The leakage of BOP is an usual problem,it can't be found rapidly and accurately because the covert position of leakage and the high pressure danger of BOP.Based on the high acute characteristic of AE,and combined acoustic wave propagation characteristic of BOP,the survey point distribution,analysis methods and the judgement foundation of acoustic emission testing BOP leakage were summarized.It provided a reference for other oil equipment testing.
