摘要
新疆油田石炭系深层火山岩油藏具有高温、裂缝发育的特点,酸化、酸压技术在一些油田取得了良好的应用效果。但油田开发后期,重复酸化效果变差。针对这一情况,研制了一种新型耐高温交联酸体系CYY-120,主要由稠化剂、交联剂、交联延迟剂、破胶剂等组成,该体系拥有良好的高温流变性能、携砂性能、缓速性能、降滤失和破胶性能。现场将酸压和加砂压裂技术的优点结合,应用交联酸携砂压裂工艺实施2井次施工,取得了成功,证实了该工艺在深层火山岩储层的可行性和有效性。
The deep volcanic reservoirs in Xinjiang oilfield have the characters of high temperature and natural fractures development,the matrix acidizing and acid fracturing technique have acquired favorable effect in some oilfields.But the effect of reacidizing became worse gradually as the oilfields enter into later development period.In view of the problems,a new type of high-temperature resistant cross-linking acid system-CYY-120 was developed.It was mainly composed of the thickener,cross-linking agent,delaying cross-linking agent and gel breaker.This acid system has better rheological property,sand-carrying property,retarding property,filtration property and gel-break property.The cross-linking acid solid-carrying fracturing technology combined the sand fracturing and acid fracturing was applied successfully in two oil wells,the feasibility and validity of this technology in deep volcanic reservoirs were approved.
