摘要
川东北地区的天然气气藏为碳酸盐岩高含硫气藏,井深在4000m^7000m,属高含硫超深井。其中部分超深井的试气层段储层埋藏深(>6000m),储层的破裂压力高,由于地面设备条件的限制,很难对其实施酸压作业,酸化施工成为勘探评价的重要手段。通过研究蚓孔的扩展规律,确定了以最大穿透距离作为酸化规模优化的指标,形成了深井碳酸盐岩酸化工艺及其配套工艺,并在YB2井长兴组储层实施取得了明显的增产效果。
Gas reservoirs in northeastern Sichuan Basin are carbonate ones with rich H2S.Wells in the area are ultra-deep ones with rich H2S and their depth ranges from 4000m to 7000m.Some gas testing intervals are deep buried(>6000m) and have high fracture pressure.It's hard to implement acidizing operation for those intervals due to the limitation of ground equipments.The operation is very important for exploration evaluation.Through the research on the expanding law of wormhole,this paper sets down the maximum penetrating distance as the index of optimal acidizing scale,and forms the acidizing process and its matching technology for carbonate reservoir of ultra-deep wells.The process has been applied to Changxing Formation reservoir of Well YB2 and obtains an obvious stimulation effect.
