摘要
现场实践证明,常规酸化压裂和加砂压裂工艺对复杂岩性储层的改造效果不理想,而多级注入、粘性指进酸压工艺以及闭合酸压技术的成功率较低。针对复杂岩性储层的特点和依据该类储层的改造经验,本文提出了新型乳化酸携砂压裂工艺。通过对新型乳化酸的性能实验,确定了酸液体系。文中选取高强度陶粒和树脂涂层石英砂,进行单层铺置和多层铺置情况下的乳化酸携砂支撑裂缝导流能力以及酸蚀裂缝导流能力对比实验分析,证实了新型乳化酸携砂压裂技术的可行性和可靠性,为乳化酸携砂压裂技术改造复杂岩性储层,提供了理论和实验基础。
Field applications proved that the modified effect of conventional acid fracturing and sandfrac technology is poor to complex lithologic reservoir. Stimulation while multistage fracturing, viscous fingering and closed acidfrac are of less success ratios. Based on the characteristic of complex lithologic reservoir and the modified experience of the reservoir, sand-propped fracturing technology with novel emulsified acid is put forward. In this paper, acid-etched fracture conductivity and propped fracture conductivity is tested in laboratory with high strength ceramsite and resin coated silica sand under different sand-lay concentrations. By analysis and comparing the test results, the feasibility and reliability of emulsified acid sand-propped fracturing technology are is proven and offer theory and experiment base for complex lithologic reservoir.
