羊驼胎盘中GH和PRL含量的测定

Determination of GH and PRL in Alpaca Placenta

摘要 为了更好的研究羊驼胎盘的再利用,采用放射免疫分析(RIA)方法测定羊驼产后胎盘中生长激素(GH)和催乳素(PRL)的含量,对羊驼产后胎盘中GH和PRL的表达量进行了精确定量。RIA法测定结果显示,平均每只羊驼胎盘含GH为13.084 5 ng,含PRL约153.3μg,结果提示,羊驼胎盘可作为除垂体外GH和PRL,尤其是PRL天然产物的来源。 By radioimmunoassay,the contents of GH and PRL in alpaca placenta were measured,which provided theoretical base for the recycling of alpaca placenta.The results showed that the content of GH and PRL per placenta were 13.084 5 ng and 153.3 μg respectively,which suggested that alpaca placenta could be used as a source of natural products of GH and PRL in addition of pituitary.
