摘要
目的:研究人胎盘组织液对小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用细胞计数和MTT法观察不同稀释度人胎盘组织液作用72 h后,小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞增殖情况。同时以免疫组织化学法检测不同稀释度人胎盘组织液对小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞增殖细胞核抗原表达的影响。结果:一定稀释度的人胎盘组织液可促进小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞的增殖,25 ml/L即可发挥作用,200 ml/L作用最明显。小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞PCNA表达阳性率与人胎盘组织液稀释度呈剂量相关性。结论:人胎盘组织液可促进体外培养的小鼠脑微血管内皮细胞增殖。
Objective：To study the effect of human placental tissue fluid on proliferation of mouse brain microvascular endothelial cell.Methods： The proliferation of mouse brain microvascular endothelial cell after cultured with human placenta tissue fluid of different dilution for 72h was observed by cell count and MTT assay,and the nuclear antigen expression was detected by immunchistochemical method.Results： A dilution of 25ml/L of human placental tissue fluid can promote mouse brain microvascular endothelial cell proliferation,while 200ml/L dilution had the most significant effect,and the PCNA-expression rate was dose-related with human placental tissue fluid dilution.Conclusion： Human placental tissue fluid can promote the in vitro cultured mouse brain microvascular endothelial cell proliferation.
