摘要
采用分类综述的方法，介绍了纳米半导体薄膜制备技术的研究进展，并对各种制备技术的特点进行了评价。
A review on the progress of the preparation techniques of nanometer size semiconductor thinfilms is pesented in this paper. The characteristic of each preparation method is also appraised.
