摘要 目的:探讨Mcm7和hRad17在结肠癌组织中表达的意义及其相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法分析60例结肠癌和28例癌旁组织中Mcm7及hRad17的表达情况。结果:Mcm7在结肠癌中高表达,阳性率为76.67%,显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),Rad17在结肠癌组织中同样为高表达,阳性率为71.67%,显著高于癌旁组织中17.86%,Mcm7与hRad17在结直肠癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Mcm7与hRad17之间具有相关性,共同参与结肠癌的发生和发展。 Objective:To detect the freguency of Mcm7 and hRad17 in colon cancer and to evaluate their relationship.Methods:Immunohistochemisca(lIHC)technique(SP method)was used to examine the expression of Mcm7 and hRad17 in 60 cases colon carcinoma and 28 cases adjacent normal tissues.Results:The posive rate of Mcm7 in colon carcinoma tissues was 76.67%,but in adjacent normal tissues was 0(0/28).The positive labeling indexes of hRad17(71.67%)was notbly higher than that in adjucent normal tissues(17.86%).At the same time,the posive corralation wasexisted between the expression of Mcm7 and hRad17's in colon carcinoma.Conclusion:The interraction between Mcm7 and hRad17 plays an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of colon carcinoma.
