Rad17是细胞周期中细胞应答DNA损伤和复制叉阻滞信号过程中的早期检控蛋白,在确保细胞基因组的完整性和稳定性中起重要作用。研究表明Rad17功能缺陷和异常表达可能与细胞癌变及肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。
Radl7 is an early replication checkpoint protein which sensing DNA lesions during DNA replication and halting progression of replication fork in cell cycle. It plays an important role in insuring the integrality and stability of DNA. Recent researches reveal that its functional defect and high expression may correlate with cell carcinogenesis and progression of carcinoma.
