摘要
本方法采用冷蒸汽原子吸收原理,自行设计、制做了较为简易的汞测定装置,装配在ICP-5000型原子吸收光谱仪器上,成功而准确地测定了土壤中ppb级的痕量汞,克服了火焰和无焰原子吸收测汞检测限高、干扰多、ppb级的汞不能直接测定等缺欠。该辅助装置不仅使原子吸收测汞灵敏度大大提高,并且分离了基体,克服了共存金属元素对测定的干扰。
<ABSTRACT> According to the principle of cold vapor atomic absorption, the method to determine trace mercury of soil samples is designed and developed by the auther.Consequeetly, the atomic absorption spectrometer TCP-500 equipped with the auxiliary unit can accurately determine the ppb range of trace mercury, thus the shortcomings in the use of the flame and nonflame atomic absorptions, such as the higher detection limits and interferences of other metallic elements, are overcome. Owing to the best use of the auxiliary unit, the sensitivity ana lysis of the atomic absorption spectrometer can be not only improved, but also the matrix separated.
