赤小豆总黄酮分光光度分析方法建立及全国不同产地药材含量测定 被引量:19

摘要 目的建立一种测定赤小豆中总黄酮含量的方法,为赤小豆的质量控制提供科学依据。方法以芦丁为对照品,亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法测定赤小豆总黄酮含量。结果线性方程为A=11.402C-0.004 9,相关系数r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为100.55%,RSD为1.36%(n=6)。对全国11个省的37个不同产地的药材中总黄酮含量进行了测定,赤豆含量为0.76%~1.31%,赤小豆含量为0.84%~1.30%。结论该测定方法准确,重复性好,可用于赤小豆药材中总黄酮的含量测定。 Objective To develop a UV-VIS analysis method for the determination of total flavonoids in adzuki bean,in order to provide a scientific basis for the quality control of adzuki bean.Methods With rutin as standard sample,sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate colorimetric method was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in adzuki bean.Results The calibration curve of rutin was A=11.402C-0.004 9,r=0.999 9,and the average recovery was 100.55%,with RSD of 1.36%(n=6).The content range of total flavonoids in Phaseolus angularis was from 0.76% to 1.31%,and content range in P.calcaratus was from 0.84% to 1.30%.Conclusion This detemination method is practical,reproducible and can be used for evaluating the quality of adzuki bean.
