防差错制造探索及其案例剖析 被引量:10

摘要 简要介绍了差错与缺陷的异同,详细剖析了防差错制造的3种基本方法,介绍了防差错制造的应用范围,提炼出10个主要的防差错制造的应用场合。在理论研究的基础上,用企业的实际案例来解析具体概念,形成了较完善的防差错制造的理论体系。 First,similarities and differences between errors and product defects in manufacturing are briefly introduced.Then,three types of error-proofing techniques are presented and 10 conditions under which error-proofing has very significant effect are analyzed.In this way,a systematic error-proofing methodology in manufacturing is presented.Beside the theoretic analysis,a large number of practical cases are presented to show how these techniques are applied.
