摘要
当前电路板测试诊断过程中存在着两个不足:存在差错现象及需要大量人工参与.本文通过适配器和电路板自动识别技术可有效避免差错现象发生并可实现真正意义上的自动测试.介绍了接地引脚和身份电阻两种电路板自动识别的具体实现方法.在工程实践中的应用结果表明:该技术能达到预期目的,在一定程度上还可提高自动测试系统的工作效率.
The current PCB diagnosis testing process has two problems, existing error phenomenon and needing a lot of manual work. We use the adapter and the PCB automatic identification technology to effec- tively avoid the error happened and to realize the real automatic test. Two kinds of concrete realization meth- ods of the circuit boards automatic identification by grounding pin and identity resistance are introduced. Ap- plication results in the engineering practice show that the technology can achieve expected purpose, and it can improve the work efficiency of automatic test system to some extent.
