偶联剂改性对多孔生物材料的影响研究

摘要 改变偶联剂的用量对猪骨型羟基磷灰石(PBHA)进行改性,以真空冷冻干燥方法制备PBHA-壳聚糖(CS)-骨碎补(DR)多孔生物材料,测定抗压强度和孔隙率,采用扫描电镜分析材料的微观形貌,通过体外模拟研究其生物活性,研究偶联剂改性对材料的性能影响.结果表明:偶联剂KH-570用量为1.0wt%所制备的PBHA-CS-DR多孔生物材料,抗压强度为1.5MPa,孔隙率为79.2%,抗压强度和孔隙率相匹配.材料在模拟体液(SBF)浸泡后,表面均可形成类骨磷灰石,说明多孔材料具有较好的生物活性,改性并未影响材料的生物活性,材料在SBF浸泡过程中pH值稳定在6.78-7.50之间,说明所制备的材料在SBF中能稳定存在. Porcine bone hydroxyapatite(PBHA) was modified by changing the amount of the coupling agent.DR-PBHA-CS porous biological materials were fabricated by the Vacuum freeze drying method.The compressive strength of the porous biomaterials and the porosity were tested.The microscopic morphology of the biomaterials was analyzed by SEM,respectively.The biological activity of the porous biomaterials was studied by simulated body fluid(SBF).The influence of the coupling agent modification on the properties of the materials was studied.Results showed that the porosity of the scaffold reached 78.8% and the compressive strength of the scaffold reached 1.5 Mpa when the amount of the coupling agent KH-570 is 1.0wt%,of which porosity can match with the compressive strength.SBF experiment shows that the porous biomaterials have a good ability to form bone-like apatite,which indicates that the materials have good bioactivity and modification without affecting the material's biological activity.The pH values of SBF immersed by composite materials are stable between 6.82~7.42,indicating that the materials have good stability.
