Selection and evaluation of materials used for cranioplasty

摘要 目的探讨常用临床颅骨修补材料临床应用的优劣。方法回顾性对比研究我科不同时期先后应用有机玻璃、医用高分子纤维增强材料、自体颅骨、硅胶、钛网5种不同材料修补骨缺损546例的临床效果。结果应用有机玻璃、自体颅骨、医用高分子纤维增强材料、硅胶、钛网并发皮下积液分别为42/59、5/48、15/72、19/119、5/248;严重并发症致手术失败分别为3/59、4/48、6/72、1/119、2/248。结论常用的5种修补材料钛网最佳,硅胶、自体颅骨次之,有机玻璃和医用高分子纤维增强材料较差。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application and selection of cranial repairing materials in cranioplasty. Methods 546 cases of cranioplasty using different materials such as the plexiglass, enhancement fabric giant molecule, self-skull piece, silica gel and titanium net were studied retrospectively. The advantages and disadvantages of materials were discussed. Results The complication of hydrops was 42/59,5/48,15/72,19/119 and 5/248 in patients using plexiglass, enhancement fabric giant molecule, self-skull piece, silica gel and titanium net respectively. The failure ofcranioplasty occured in 3/59,4/48,6/72,1/119 and 2/248 patients respectively. Conclusion Among the five materials, the therapeutic effect of titanium net was the best, next ot it was self-skull and silica gel, the therapeutic effect ofplexiglass and enhancement fabric giant molecule was the worse.
