摘要
慢性再生障碍性贫血(简称慢性再障)是一组由多种病因引起的骨髓造血功能衰竭,以造血干细胞损伤、外周血全血细胞减少为特征的疾病。中医辨证治疗慢性再障疗效显著。目前,慢性再障尚无统一的辨证分型标准。为了进一步探讨其辨证分型实质,从免疫异常、造血干细胞缺陷、造血微环境障碍、细胞凋亡、内分泌因素、基因水平探讨不同指标间存在的差异,为慢性再障的不同辨证分型提供客观依据。
Chornic aplastic anemia（ CAA） is a group caused by a variety of causes bone marrow failure, damage to hematopoietic stem cells,peripheral blood pancytopenia characterized diseases. TCM treatment of chronic aplastic significant effect. Currently,there is no unified chronic aplastic anemia syndrome differentiation criteria,In order to further explore the essence of syndrome differentiation from immune abnormalities,defects in hematopoietic stem cells,hematopoietic microenvironment obstacles,apoptosis,endocrine factors,the level of gene exists between the different indicators,to provide different syndromes objective basis for the CAA.
