摘要
目的 :探讨炙甘草汤治疗再生障碍性贫血的作用机理。方法 :将成年健康小鼠随机分为 4组 ,除正常组外 ,其余各组一次全身进行 3.0Gy60 Co -γ射线照射 ,在照射第三天行环磷酰胺和氯霉素腹腔注射建成再障模型 ,观察该方对再障模型小鼠骨髓造血细胞 ,Caspease- 3(天冬酰酸特异性半胱胺酸蛋白酶 ) ,Ki- 6 7(人抗增殖细胞核抗原 )的影响。结果 :经炙甘草汤治疗的再障小鼠比模型组的再障小鼠在骨髓造血细胞上和Ki- 6 7表达上明显提高 ,经炙甘草汤治疗的再障小鼠比模型组的再障小鼠在Caspease - 3表达上明显减低。结论 :炙甘草汤对再障小鼠造血细胞具有明显的保护和修复作用 ,对抑制细胞凋亡和促进细胞增生也有一定的作用。
Objective: To observe the action mechanism of Zhi Gancao Decoction in treating aplastic anemia. Method: The healthy adult rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. Except for the nomal group, the other groups were irradiated with 3.0 Gy 60 Co-γ ray, on the 3rd day of irradiation, the three groups were given intraperitoneal cyclophosphamide and chloramphenicol injection to make the modelled rats with aplastic anemix. And then Zhi Gancao Decoction's influence on the bone marrow's hemotopoietic cells of the modelled group, Caspease-3, Ki-67 were observed. Result: The rats with aplastic anemia treated by Zhi Gancao Decoction had more obvious increases than the modelled groups with aplastic anemia in respect of bone marrow's hemotopoietic cells and the reaction of Ki-67, and the former had more obvious decrease than the latter in the reaction of Caspease-3. Results: Zhi Gancao Decoction has an obvious protecting and repairing function to the hemotopietic cells, it also has a certain function to restrain the death of cells and to promote the cell multiplication.
