摘要
目的应用MR功能成像(fMRI)探测大脑功能活动的非对称性。方法用美国GE公司SignaHorizon磁共振成像系统及血氧水平依赖性(BOLD)方法,对14例右利手受试者进行检查。T1WI应用自旋回波(SE)序列,准T2WI应用回波平面成像(EPI)序列。应用SunSparc工作站、有关数据处理软件、t检验及相关分析等统计学方法对数据进行处理。结果在语言刺激条件下,主要为左侧大脑半球的一些脑区激活,右侧半球少数脑区亦可被激活。在音乐刺激条件下,则右侧半球被激活的脑区占绝大多数,少数左侧大脑半球的脑区亦可被激活。结论无论在语言或音乐刺激条件下,虽然大脑两半球分工不同,但两半球间及半球内各脑区间有相互协同作用。同时也说明了fMRI在研究活体人脑方面是一个相当有效的方法。
Objective To determine the asymmetry of human brain functional activation. Methods Using GE Signa Horizon MRI System, 14 cases of righthanded volunteers were examined and the BOLD method was used. The T1weighted images were obtained with SE(spin echo) pulse sequence and the functional imaging(T2*weighted) was performed using a single shot EPI(echo planar imaging) pulse sequence. Data analysis was done on the Sun Sparc workstation using ttest or correlation analysis. Results All subjects showed that most of the activation areas were on the left hemisphere under the language stimulation, while they were on the right side under the stimulation of music. Besides, a few brain areas in the contralateral cerebral cortex were also activated under both stimulations. Conclusions The present study provided a further evidence to support the hypothesis of the asymmetry of the brain functional activation and many brain areas of the cerebral cortex as well as both hemispheres worked in coordination. In addition, it also proved that fMRI is a feasible method in the study of the human brain in vivo.
