摘要
目的:探讨尿路感染病原菌中肠球菌的感染状况及耐药特性,指导临床合理用药。方法:我院2007年1月-2009年12月尿路感染患者尿液标本分离出的1271株病原菌采用美国DadeBehring Microscan Walkaway 40全自动细菌鉴定及药敏测试仪进行鉴定,收集到肠球菌属菌株235株。结果:分离出的235株肠球菌属菌株中粪肠球菌162株(68.9%),屎肠球菌47株(20.0%),鸟肠球菌9株(3.8%),其他肠球菌17株(7.3%)。肠球菌属细菌对万古霉素敏感性最高,对呋喃妥因、青霉素等抗生素较为敏感,对四环素耐药较为严重。结论:肠球菌属细菌已是引起尿路感染的重要致病菌,且多重耐药菌株不断出现,提示临床医生合理使用抗生素,减少细菌多重耐药菌株的产生。
Objective:To study inflammation and drug resistance of Enterococcus in patients with urinary tract infection guiding the usage of antibiotics.Methods: The retrospective analysis of inflammation and the antimicrobial susceptibility of 235 Enterococcus infected species in 1271 patients with urinary tract infection from Jan2007 to Dec2009 was conducted in our hospital using DadeBehring Microscan Walkaway 40 Automatic Bacteria analyzer made in America.Results: In 235cases,the positive rate of Enterococcus faecaliswas68.9%(162cases),by Enterococcus faecium for20.0%(47cases),Enterococcus avium 3.8%(9cases),others7.3%(17cases).Vancomycin is most effective one for Enterococcus,Nitrofurantoin and Penicillins are the second,Tetracyclines is Drug-resistant.Conclusion: Enterococcus is a significant pathogenic bacterium in urinary tract infection.As the new Pandrug-resistant bacilli being more,it is important to culture and test the drug sensitivities of Enterococcus for choosing drugs rationally and control the resistant strains.
