A STUDY ON ANTIOXIDATION EFFECT OF FORMATE SODIUM

摘要 以溶血试验、红细胞还原型谷胱甘肽测定、受照质粒PUC18DNA单链断裂的测定、受照小鼠肝和肾匀浆脂质过氧化物的测定作为指标,检测了甲酸钠的抗氧化作用.结果表明:甲酸钠能显著地降低受60Coγ射线照射的红细胞的溶血水平(P<0.01);显著抑制VitC/Fe++诱导的红细胞悬液还原型谷胱甘肽的耗竭(P<0.01);显著抑制受照质粒PUC18DNA单链断裂程度(P<0.05或P<0.01);显著地抑制受照小鼠肝、肾匀浆丙二醛水平的升高(P<0.05).结果提示:甲酸钠具有抗氧化作用,能抑制氧自由基对机体的损伤作用. To study the anti_oxidation effect of Formate Sodium(FS), the hemolysis of human RBC, Glutathione (GSH) levels of human erythrocytes, the degree of DNA single_strain broken and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels of mice tissue homogenates are used as indexes. The results show that FS reduces the homelysis degree of human RBC irradiated by 300 Gy of 60 Co γ _rays ( P <0.01), that FS inhibits the exhaustion of GSH level of human RBC induced by VitC/Fe ++ ( P <0.01), that FS inhibits the degree of DNA single_strain broken of plasmid PUC 18 irradiated with 120 Gy of 60 Co γ _rays ( P <0.05 or P <0.01), that when mice are exposed to 6 Gy of 60 Co γ _rays, the MDA levels of mice liver and kidney homogenates are increased, that FS inhibits this increasing significantly ( P <0.05), and that FS has anti_oxidation function, prevents RBC, DNA in vitro or mice tissues in vivo from suffering oxygen free radical damage.
