摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法测定桂西笋干、福建笋干和桂西16种蔬菜中Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg、Ca等6种微量元素,结果发现,桂西和福建两地笋干中Mg、Fe、Zn、Ca等微量元素含量均较高,桂西笋干中的Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu含量均高于福建笋干,而Ca、Mn含量略低于福建笋干。桂西笋干中的Fe、Zn、Mg含量远远高于桂西16种蔬菜中微量元素的含量,Cu、Ca、Mn含量高于部分蔬菜含量。提示桂西笋干含有丰富的人体所需微量元素,作为天然营养补充物质。
Six microelements (Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mg, Ca) in dried bamboos in west of Guangxi, Fujiang, and sixteen vegetables in west Guangxi were detected by using atomic absorption spectrophometry. Results showed that the content of Mg, Fe, Zn, and Ca were higher in dried bamboos in west Guangxi and in Fujian. The content of Mg, Fe, Zn, and Cu in dried bamboos of Guangxi were higher than those in Fujian, but the content of Ca and Mn were lower than those in Fujian. The content of Fe, Zn, Mg in the bamboos of Guangxi were obviously higher than those in sixteen vegetables, and the content of Cu, Ca and Mn were higher than partly vegetables. It indicated that dried bamboos as natural supplemental nutriment in west Guangxi had abundent microelements and had highest nutritious value.
