软骨提取液成分分析及降血脂和抗过氧化实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:为探讨动物软骨调节血脂和延缓衰老的作用。方法:将猪关节软骨碱降解及酶降解制得提取液,进行成分分析及动物实验。结果:猪软骨提取液中含有丰富的酸性粘多糖和氨基酸及人体必需微量元素,能显著降低大鼠血清TC和TG(P<0.01)和显著升高大鼠体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性并降低血清脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平(均P<0.01)。结论:猪软骨提取液有一定的保健作用。 Objective:To explore the action of animals' cartilage in regulating blood fat and the delaying seni um Method:The refined liquid of pig cartilage was produced and its content was analysed Result:The refined liquid of pig cartilage contains rich acid mucop olysaccharide and aminal acid and essential trace elements that are benefitial to for human body,and can obviously reduce TC and TG and LPO in the serum of rats and induce the vitality of SOD in RBC of rats Conclusion:The refined liquid of cartilage has some protective effect on human health
